Very similar to Canadian lemon leaf from other suppliers but in terms of the raw leaf itself, this leaf has less of that “green” chlorophyll taste to it and has a more pronounced honey-like sweetness. As with all flue cured leaf, I highly suggest being patient and put it though a 4 to 6 week fermentation before use. Fermentation really helps to remove the rawness from the leaf and mellow it out. It makes all the difference.
