Our Indonesian Besuki NO Binder Grade Whole Leaf Tobacco is a rich, light-toned leaf with a crisp, earthy aroma. This leaf is very similar to our African Cameroon Binder, but it's somewhat larger and quite a bit lighter in color, fragrance and body. Local farmers grow these leaves on the north shore of Indonesia in the foothills of Mt. Argopuro and Mt. Raung.

This leaf comes in a binder grade, which means that at least one side of each leaf will be generally free of holes or other defects and can be used as a wrapper. The other side may contain holes or other defects, but oftentimes it can also be used as a wrapper. Our Indonesian Besuki NO Binder leaves arrive lightly steamed and unbound from each other. Our large and wholesale shipments arrive in 'hands' - that is, bundles of about a couple dozen leaves each.
